Donna L. Ferrier continues to be interviewed live on radio stations across the United States about her new mega-selling and life-changing book, Does Jesus Speak To You? which is now selling worldwide. In fact, she's sheduled to be interviewed by the nationwide Family Life Network on November 14, at 9:00 a.m. EST. Donna has been active in numerous types of ministries, specifically singles ministries, since she gave her life to Christ in college in 1988. She is also pursuing her Master of Arts in Biblical Studies from Trinity College of the Bible and Theological Seminary in Newburgh, Indiana.

Donna's new book, Does Jesus Speak To You? carries a powerful message of a changed life, a renewed mind, and a restored soul and is meant to minister to anyone who wants

to know more about how Jesus speaks to us today. Her prayer is that those who read Does Jesus Speak To You? will be inspired and equipped to tell others about how Jesus has spoken to them.

Donna has been constantly amazed by her book's impact on the masses, as it has made its way into homes, ministries, and churches across America. In fact, Amazon has to keep restocking Does Jesus Speak To You? because copies are simply flying out of stores! And the Lord keeps putting Does Jesus Speak To You? in so many unexpected places. Donna recounts a humorous story she heard this past summer about the book's success:

"I was speaking with a woman in a chat room who didn't realize I was the one who wrote Does Jesus Speak To You? She figured it out as I began talking about the book in the chat. When she realized I was the author, she said, 'Oh my gosh! A friend of mine picked your book up at a women's conference! She loved it!'"

Biblically speaking, Donna thinks of herself as one of the “all” in Luke 2:8-18, which details the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ:

"And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, 'Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you: he is Christ the Lord. This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger. Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying, 'Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace to men on whom his favor rests.' When the angels had left them and gone into heaven, the shepherds said to one another, 'Let's go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has told us about. So they hurried off and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby, who was lying in the manger. When they had seen him, they spread the word concerning what had been told them about the child, and all who heard it were amazed at what the shepherds said to them." (NIV)

Like the shepherds of this passage, Donna realizes that we as Christians are all ordinary people God uses to accomplish His purpose. After all, the angels didn't appear to kings, government higher-ups, highly educated people, or anyone of noble birth. They appeared instead to common shepherds who became the first to spread the word about the birth of the Savior. The angels described the message they were about to spread as the "good news of great joy,” which was for all the people. Even though Donna knows she wasn’t around to hear those shepherds, she realizes that Jesus knew her before she knew Him. In that regard, she thinks of herself as “one of the all” who knows the “good news of great joy.”
